From the time he was young, Joe McCarron enjoyed intellectual debate, problem-solving, and helping others. With a bachelor's degree from Augustana College in hand, he pursued his dream of becoming an attorney at the University of Notre Dame Law School. He graduated with honors in 1996 and immediately began a career that has had a positive, lasting impact on thousands of individuals across Central Illinois.

Joe is an Illinois state licensed attorney and member of the McLean County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. Joe is a trial lawyer—predominately in the areas of personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, workers' compensation, wrongful death claims, medical malpractice, Social Security disability, and civil injury litigation. He has extensive experience with back, neck, and spinal injury cases that occur from car, truck, or motorcycle accidents. In addition to the counsel he offers, he participates in mock trials for students in the community to encourage interest and education in the court system process.
